President Brandon called the meeting to order at 12:23 p.m. with a Pledge to the Flag. Rick led us in prayer. He then introduced our speakers and guests. Marissa Ries and Erin Wills were guests from Buffalo Hope.
Announcements:
Holly did an announcement about Sunshine Day at Cradle Beach on August 16, 2023. We are meeting at the camp at 5:00pm to have dinner and then set up. The kids will participate from 7:00pm- 8:30pm a sign-up sheet was passed around. Bob announced the new members to the Foundation Board Mike Hettler, Donna DiFrancesco, and himself Bob Patterson. Holly then gave announcement for Kentoberfest. Looking for a Beer tent sponsor for $1,500 and Music sponsor for $1,000. Karen found pumpkins for the kid area. Everything else is looking good. Steve mention last call for Bison tickets for the game on August 18, 2023. Steve mention Speakers for the next two weeks 8/14/2023 Scott Marcin District Governor and 8/21/23 City of Tonawanda Mayor. Then Brandon introduced the speakers from Buffalo H.O.P.E who helps people struggling in crisis. Ron won $12 for the 50/50 and Donna pulled the 4 of spades. Confessions: Bob is going to Alaska; Steve was on vacation at Black Lake. Phil did trivia on the Great Lakes.
