Donna began our meeting with the Pledge. She waived the song. Our guests today were Darcy France and Gary’s colleague Christy.
Announcements: Pat has an assignment sheet for Cradle Beach 8/21. Donna sent out committee lists. Dawn Mirand sent in her resignation. We need speakers.
Bill Brucker won the split club. Darcy missed the Ace. Donna filled in for fine master. She gave us animal trivia questions.
Larry introduced Darcy to speak to us about Kenya Relief. Kenyarelief.org. Kenya Relief operates a medical / surgical clinic, orphanage and school in Migori, Kenya. They also organize and send over 20 mission teams each year. These teams include but are definitely not limited to medical / surgical teams, educational teams, ministerial teams and project / construction teams. They also offer child sponsorship, stateside volunteer opportunities and many other areas of involvement.
