Donna gonged the bell to open the meeting at 12:44 pm. Song was avoided so not to embarrass ourselves and led us in the Pledge of Allegiance. Invocation by John Coogan , please keep Joe Stark and Tony Decillis in our prayers. Fine master Paul Chisholm did a fine job stumping us with his riddles ,Tom Lang seems to be pretty good at solving them. Now we know what he does in his spare time.Tim Glor retired last week, congratulations Tim! Art fined himself for not being the oldest member ,good to know. Mike Ford confessed for something that is a mystery? Damen was fined for volunteering Paul to head toastmasters. We received a resignation letter from Dick Van Slyke a Rotarian since 1965. You will be missed Dick. Please sign up for Cradle Beach Sunshine Days Wed 8/15 12-4.We need a count for lunch.
Sue won the drawing $13 and Dick drew the Q of spades. We are in it till next week!
Tom Lang introduced our guest speakers Jennifer Zolnowski , Dedira Miller and Noelle Forzani from Hope Project of WNY. Located in Eastern Hill Mall, Dedira started the donation 6 years ago at her house and quickly outgrew it. They provide a resource for struggling families. Their needs are gently used clothing, shoes, coats, baby items, gift cards .Their big fundraiser is Mal-O-Ween at Eastern Hills Mall on 10/27 , sounds like a fun time and great cause. Very informative program. Meeting was adjourned at 1:35 pm.
